Using a unique electromagnetic marking technology, the column mounted marking machine c303 can adapt to various shapes and surface conditions, whether flat, concave, convex, circular, or raw. Capable of marking any material (including plastics and hardened steel up to 62HRC), it requires only one source of energy. Its integrated counter, the large 300x150 mm marking window and the LED lighting make it an extremely accurate and an all-purpose marking machine.

Electronic Features
The e10 controller provides its operator with a direct and easy-to-use interface. Its large graphic display and membrane-protected QWERTY keyboard make it perfect for use in industrial environments. Because the control box does not have any openings or ventilation, its interior electrical components are protected from harsh elements such as water, chemicals, dust, and material fragments.
Marking files can be up/downloaded from a PC to the controller using a USB key, or entered and edited directly on the machine. The e10's (included) comprehensive software package allows for linear, angular, radial, and mirror image marking, and an optional booster card can be used for deep marking. An additional 3rd and 4th axis circuit board can be installed to control a motorized column and rotary axis. The software package incorporates self-diagnostic and machine history functions, making it a "smart" user friendly machine.

Premium Plate Holder
Attaches to marking system base. Holds plate sizes up to 100x300 mm (4" x 12")

Maintenance Kit

This option, available on any column, peen or scribing device, allows you to mark parts up to 35 kg and with a diameter up to 250 mm. It marks long parts (tube ...) with a through chuck. The control software is included.

Associated with the digital Z third axis, the integrated sensor, also known as "autosensing", ensures a pre-determined distance between the stylus and part. The autosensing feature enables automatic adjustment to different part heights. This option ensures perfect mark consistency, even with varying geometries or dimesional tolerances. A key feature to provide optimal read rates for machine readable marks (2D, Data Matrix codes, etc...).
Autosensing option associated with a digital Z-axis allows:
- Automatic detection of the part
- Automatic stylus to part positionning for optimal mark readibility
- Maximal Dot-Peen Accuracy / Repeatability Ideal for Data Matrix code marking
